Ingredients
Pumpkin Pancakes
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup canned pumpkin, pure purée not pie mix.
- 1 egg
- 2 Tblsp. oil
- 1 Tblsp. white vinegar
- 2 cups flour
- 3 Tblsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
Praline Syrup
- 2¼ cups sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1½ cups water
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 teaspoon maple flavor
- pinch of salt
- 1 Tblsp. butter
Instructions
- Combine sugar, water, and salt, bring to a boil and boil two minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in butter and flavorings.
- Optional: Stir in 3/4 cup chopped Pecans!
