Ingredients
  • 1-2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts or steak
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 1 1.25 oz. package fajita or taco meat for every pound of meat
  • olive oil
  • lime juice
  • foil
  • tortillas
Instructions
  1. ♦ sour cream, salsa and shredded cheese to garnish
    ♦ optional: fresh mushrooms, whole kernel corn or black beans
  2. ♦ Thinly slice meat and vegetables. If using corn or beans, drain those.
  3. ♦ Give each guest an ample sheet of foil and begin assembling your fajitas!
  4. ♦ Arrange your personal fajita packs and drizzle each with a bit of olive oil.
    ♦ Shake on seasoning.
  5. ♦ Fold packages shut to seal and cook, sealed side up, over medium coals.
    ♦ Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning once toward the end.
  6. ♦ Serve with tortillas and all your fixings!
    ♦ This recipe made 4 foil packets, 2 fajitas each.
