♦ Peel, core and finely dice apple.
♦ In a small not stick skillet: melt butter, add apple bits and stir to coat.
♦ Add sugars and cinnamon. Continue to stir and sauté’ until apple begins to soften.
♦ Sprinkle with flour and stir a minute more, until juices thicken.
♦ Remove from heat.
